How and where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. All orders will have the option of Post Office or UPS in the US and Canada. International orders are shipped via the Post Office because of better rates.

How much is shipping?
Shipping will be calculated upon checkout and you will know your cost before submitting your credit card information. Certain items have additional shipping cost due to size that will not be calculated automatically. See the notes in the page of the item you are interested in. Some times the shipping calculator will not be accurate due to purchasing 2 items that are very different shape, such as a staff and set of fans. These have to be placed in separate boxes and shipped separately. We will contact you if this is a problem. This mostly happens with second day air UPS and international shipments.

When will I receive my order?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. This is true for all shipping methods, including expedited methods such as Priority and Second Day Air. Consider this when chosing a shipping method. Contact us if you have special needs.

Is fire Spinning Safe?
First of all, fire is dangerous! Following safety precautions will reduce the risks, but fire performance can never be considered safe. If you play with fire, you will get burnt. All fire tools can be used unlit for practice. Never light up unless the conditions are right and you have had sufficient practice with your tools unlit.
Do you sell practice poi or other practice fire tools?
Currently we do not sell practice fire tools, but you can use all of our fire tools for practice unlit. The kevlar wicks are soft which make them forgiving if you hit yourself. The other advantage of practicing with the actual fire tool is that you can be more comfortable with the weight and grip of the actual tool when you light up.
What is your warranty?
Trick concepts guarantees our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for up to one year from the purchase date. The customer is responsible for damage due to neglect or misuse. Do not return any products that contain fuel.
How do I pay?
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Money Orders and checks. You can be confident that your personal and account information is secure. Our credit card processing companies employ the latest 128-bit encryption technology. No sensitive information such as credit card numbers and its details are stored anywhere on this website. How do I order?
From the product page, chose the options you want if applicable and click the ORDER button. The options list the price increase for the option if applicable. This will take you to the shopping cart where you can select the quantity you desire. On check out, you will have to fill out your shipping information and then be taken to our secure payment site. We will not share any of your information.
Will I get instructions?
You will receive a safety guide for use with fire tools and additional information on common fire performance practices. We do not include information on technique at this time. You should work with a trained fire performer before attempting to light your tools.
Refund/Return Policy
We Guarantee our fire tools to be the highest quality the market. We stand behind every product that we sell. Any item that does not meet your expectations may be returned for a full credit or refund within 30 days of receipt of goods.
Shortages/defective product
Any order which is shipped incomplete/damaged will be resolved by "Trick Concepts ". We will either replace the missing/damaged items at no additional shipping charge or give credit for future purchases. Notification of shortages/damages must be made within 3 days of receipt of merchandise.
All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number issued by Trick Concepts. Please contact us via e-mail at support@readysetglo.com to obtain the needed R.A. Number.

How old do I need to be to purchase fire tools?
You need to be 18 years old. We will not knowingly sell fire tools to anyone under 18.
Do you match prices?
We will beat any internet advertised price on an competitors in stock item. The item must be identical
or comparable in features, and quality. Raw materials such as wick and duvetyn by the yard excluded. Items not shipped from Trick Concepts such as Poi Comets and Fire Hoop are also excluded.
