We have just done a major redesign on this staff to make the assembly smother and all the components stronger, while maintaining the weight, balance and rigidity of the design you have come to love.

Looking for a high quality collapsible staff? Look no further. Our 5’ (1525mm) collapsible staves break down into three (3) separate 2’ (610mm) pieces, making them easily transportable on your motorcycle or the subway. The 3 pieces simply slide together and twist down tight to give you a completely rigid staff. When disassembled, the ends work great as torches. We grantee you will not be able to tell the difference in rigidity between this staff and a solid one piece staff.  You get three tools in one!

Our collapsible staves are great for fast-spinning tricks, more precise martial arts movements and body contact. While the staves are very strong, we recommend the noncolapsable staves for aggressive contact combat. All 3 pieces of the collapsible fire staff is made 1” (25mm) diameter anodized aluminum tubing which is covered with foam grips to provide comfort, stability, and help absorb moisture for less slippage.

Each staff comes with wood plugs in each end for optimal weight, strength, and safety.  For people who use their staves for body contact and prefer the weight balance shifted to the outside ends, we offer 3 oz. (86 g) steel plugs on each end.  This slows down the rotation of the staff, making balancing easier.  (Note: The steel Plugs are inside the staff for your protecton, and will not be visable.)

Each of our wicks use a 4 ft (1220mm) length of 1/16” (3mm) thick and 3" (75mm) wide Kevlar. We specify length per wick, not per staff. Choose between single and double wicks, and 2" (50mm) and 3" (75mm) wick widths.
